Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. If your order needs immediate or special processing and handling, please call us at 714-983-8018 between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Pacific Time, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) and we will do our best to help you.
US Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping within the US using United States Postal Service for orders over $49.00. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, and an additional 1-3 business days for delivery based on United States Postal Service’s shipping window.
If your order amount is less than $49.00, we charge a flat rate of $12.95 for shipping to the contiguous 48 states using a courier at our sole discretion (United States Postal Service, FedEx or UPS), and $14.95 for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii using United States Postal Service.
If you prefer using UPS or FedEx your order amount notwithstanding, your actual shipping cost (and delivery time frame) will be calculated based on gross weight, box dimension, zip code, transit time and other factors determined by the courier of your choice.
International Shipping
We are currently not offering international shipping on our website due to the unpredictable issues on freight, duty and transit time. For customers residing outside of USA, we encourage you to email us at orders@moxy-roxy.com, so that we can try to find the most economical way on a case-by-case basis to ship our products to you in a safe and secure way that meets your needs.

Product Safety
Our products are certified to be safe in accordance with ASTM requirements. Neither the components nor the packaging materials contain lead or any other toxic ingredients.
Please do heed the warning labels. Because some of the components may pose as choking hazards, they are not intended to be handled by children under three years old. For maximum fun and educational value, we strongly recommend adults supervise children during both the set-up and playing processes.
Our Commitment to the Environment
We believe in protecting and preserving our planet, so that the next generation, both humans and animals can enjoy living in a safe and humane world. Therefore, we recycle all the recyclable materials coming in and use only environmentally-friendly shipping supplies. Depending on how many sets of games there are in your order, it may be shipped in a recycled box originally used by our manufacturer, if the box is deemed sturdy and strong enough by USPS, FedEx or UPS to transport the items from our facility to you. Please be assured that even if the outer carton may be re-used, your products are absolutely in pristine condition and brand-new. We want to thank you in advance for supporting our recycling initiative and our commitment to the environment.
